Earthquake Retrofitting
Earthquake retrofitting is the modification of existing structures in order to make them more resistant to seismic activity in the event of an earthquake. The force of an earthquake will find your home’s weakest point, which is why it is critical to create a continuous load path. A continuous load path incorporates the use of wood, metal connectors, fasteners, and shear walls in order to connect the components of the home.
